1 -1 Sleep Support

Your baby’s sleep is unique — and your plan should be too.

My 1:1 support gives you personalised, flexible solutions designed around your family’s lifestyle, routines and goals.

What you will get

  • A full sleep assessment tailored to your baby’s age and needs

  • Options for a gentle or more structured approach (we decide together!)

  • A clear, adaptable rhythm for naps and nights that are flexible and work with your lifestyle

  • Ongoing WhatsApp support for 3 weeks and encouragement as you put it all into practice - I am literally in your back pocket to hold your hand with daily check ins and encouragement. I will help you adjust as we go and cheer you on when things start to change - and they will.

  • Realistic steps — no guilt, no rigid schedules, no “cry it out”

  • Tools to keep the progress going long after we wrap up

Once we have finished working together I offer a 'catch up chat' with any questions that have come up. I also offer ongoing troubleshooting and you will be feeling more confident with knowledge and understanding on your little ones sleep that it doesn't feel like guess work anymore.

Whether you’re first or second time parents, preparing ahead or in the middle of the newborn fog, this call gives you calm, clear guidance without pressure. This isn’t a rigid sleep plan. It’s a relaxed space to ask questions and find clarity via a practical chat tailored to your baby and your family.

Sleep Reset / SOS call


We will have an 60 - minute call to talk through all the sleep issues, identify the causes and then provide a plan for the way forward.

We will then have a shorter follow up call to see how things are going and for you to ask any further questions.

This differs from my 1 -1 package as there is no written plan or the 3 weeks of support but I would really like to be able to support more families with a lower price tag.

Not sure what to expect? Totally normal. Here is what most parents want to know.

Do you use the 'cry it out' method

I don’t use “cry-it-out” or ask you to ignore your child. But let’s be honest, change is hard and crying is a normal way for children to express frustration or confusion when something feels different (just like when you give them the blue cup instead of the pink one).

What matters is that you’re there for them. I will guide you to respond with confidence, stay emotionally connected and support your child through any upset in a calm, reassuring way.

I am breastfeeding, can you support still help us sleep better?

Absolutely. You don’t need to stop breastfeeding to improve sleep. I’ll work with your feeding goals, your values and your baby’s needs to create a sleep plan that protects your breastfeeding journey and works with your lifestyle.

What ages do you support?

I work with families from pregnancy through to children aged 6.

Here’s a quick breakdown:

Expecting / 0-3 months: My Gentle Beginnings: Newborn Sleep Support Call helps you lay strong foundations early, think happy healthy sleep habits

18 weeks - 6 years: Full 1:1 sleep support is available once your baby is developmentally ready for more structure and change and also SOS call where you aren't quite sure what's going on and need some answers or a direction.

Returning clients: I also offer troubleshooting sessions for families I’ve previously worked with.

Do we have to stay at home for naps?

Nope, life if too short to be tied to the house for naps. It's prime time for lunch with a friend or to go for a walk! I’ll help you build a flexible routine that includes contact naps, naps on the go and realistic expectations so you can rest and live your life.
