Hi I’m Harriet, Little Sleep Solutions. I work with parents across the UK who are doing everything “right” when it comes to their little ones’ sleep but still feel as if are running on empty. 

Through a personalised, evidence-based plan and daily WhatsApp support, we’ll make sleep simple, gentle, and guilt-free so you can finally feel like yourself again!

My own journey

Like many parents, my sleep journey started from pure exhaustion and curiosity. I have been there too!

My daughter wasn't a good sleeper so I started to read and got so much information but was lost with it. I wanted to understand why my daughter wouldn’t sleep, because I believe when things didn’t go perfectly, that knowledge helped me stay calm, gave me confidence and keep going. This is how I like to help my families today.

At the time, I was running a chocolate business and thought I’d “work while she napped” — how wrong I was! I needed something to work quickly but long term - no quick fixes.

Now my daughter loves napping and bedtime which I fit around our lives giving us flexibility— my daughter sings our sleepy song to her teddies and still says, “No mummy, more sleep!” after 12 hours.

My journey inspired me to train as a Sleep Consultant (scoring 98% in my final exam) so I could help other families find the same peace and rhythm.

I truly believe finding a sleep consultant is about finding someone who aligns with you — your values, your parenting style and your life.
